I printed 3 single sheet documents just fine. A few days after, I tried printing a 20 pages document, the printer took more than one sheet of paper at once from the tray and it jammed the printer. I removed all the papers from the printer, removed the toner, I don't see anything wrong in the rollers and I can no longer print because the printer is in paper jam error mode. Now I have a very nice printer than cannot do the only thing it's supposed to do and I've been waiting for a technician from Xerox for almost one week now without any idea when I'll have a visit from the technician or when I'll have a printer in working order.(Global Review)
I bought mine exactly a year ago and now am awaiting a new toner cartridge. I remember being baffled at first about the setup scrolling on the little screen (for wireless setup, I suppose) but I a cable hookup to my desktop computer works simply. I most enjoy the two-sided printing.(Global Review)
Just tried to buy a replacement cartridge for my B230 Printer and I was totally shocked to find that the average price for a replacement cartridge is 200.00 dollars. The criminal part is due to the chip that you put in each cartridge so that the consumer can't buy other cheaper cartridges. It was actually cheaper for me to go out and buy a brand new printer from another maker, rather than replace a 10.00 dollar cartridge that you are charging 200.00 dollars for. I am NEVER NEVER NEVER buying another Xerox Product. PERIOD!
